Portfolio
Why a portfolio?
During the Leadership Challenge, you will create a portfolio. This will not only serve as documentation and reflection of all the activities and organizations you participate in during the Leadership Challenge, but can also be used professionally after the Leadership Challenge.
This portfolio documents your college experience and highlights your achievements from your time at Carroll academically, as well as shows your gained leadership experience, campus involvement and career preparation.
It can also function to supplement your resume and support applications for other schools, scholarships or awards.
Your portfolio should be a reflection of you; therefore, only you can decide what is important and applicable.
